Located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, north of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Jean-Michel Giboulot has 12 hectares of vines in the finest appellations (Beaune 1er Cru, Pommard, Savigny 1er Cru, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru, with a majority of Pinot Noir). The vines are organically grown. The vinification is traditional with little intervention from the winemaker, using stainless steel and wood, and controlled temperatures.
Nose on fruits (cherry, black fruits). Full-bodied but supple on the palate, with a nice tension that enhances the whole in elegance.
