Crémant de Bourgogne has a pale salmon colour and ripe, red fruit aromas suggesting pinot noir. The full flavour and distinct grip are consistent. “Good overall balance, savouriness and depth” summed up Paterson (Toni Patterson MW). “Clean, fresh and defined with excellent complexity – subtle stewed apple and a touch of spice. The bead is fine and the palate is long. This is the wine I want to drink.
