Barossa Valley
Barossa Valley is Australia’s oldest wine-making region in South Australia. The viticulture history can be traced back to early German settlers to see the potential of wine-making in Barossa in the 1800s.
As a trademark warmer climate region, surprisingly, you can see Shiraz and Riesling can both have their happy days here. The consistent quality and bold red blends including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon are recognisable worldwide. Powerful, flavourful, blackberry, dried currant, and mocha aromas with punchy tobacco and earthiness altogether might leave you a picture of strong, bold, yet fresh on fruity sort of Barossa red wine. - In my own term, you can never say no to the Grenache and Shiraz that we have here from the Barossa region.
