Right in the heart of Burgundy lies the noble winery Pascal Bouchard. A small, dedicated team, led by the experienced oenologist Florent Denieul, works there. As with all successful wineries, the focus of meticulous vineyard work is on gentle tillage, strict pruning and yield control, and little to no use of organic fertilizer. The aim is to produce clear, fine, mineral and crunchy Burgundy or Chablis wines.
Bouchard Bourgogne Pinot Noir has a ruby red colour, fine pinot noir aromas of red berries blueberries and currants, elegant and light, a wonderful introduction to the complex but exciting wine region of Burgundy.
