Whole bunch pressed, with a native yeast fermentation. Matured in 1200 litre Barrel. Bottled unfiltered, with no added SO2.This Riesling from the Schmitt family is fruity and aromatic. It has a complex structure alongside interesting flavours like black pepper, apricot, pineapple, smokiness and a tiny hint of petrol. Nice acidity, some tannins and splendid minerality.
