ABOUT THE MAKER:
Founded in 1813, Mas de Cadenet is located at the foothills of the Sainte Victoire Mountain, a breathtaking landscape near Aix en Provence. The vineyard is on a south-facing plateau, 250 meters above sea level. Five hectares are in the Côtes de Provence Appellation and 40 hectares are in the Côtes de Provence of Sainte-Victoire sub-Appellation. Almost two-thirds of Mas de Cadenet's production is dedicated to rosé wines, followed by reds and whites.
TO THE WINE:
Mas de Cadenet Sainte-Victoire is the flagship wine produced by the estate. The wine is full-bodied, seductively fruity and fresh, reflecting the minerality of its limestone terroir.
This light pink wine with beautiful mineral freshness, reveals delicate aromas of citrus, red fruits and flowers. On the palate, balance and elegance, with a crispy length offering fruity and salty final. A delectable wine best served at 10°C.
