Right in the heart of Chablis lies the noble winery Pascal Bouchard. A small, dedicated team, led by the experienced oenologist Florent Denieul. As with all successful wineries, the focus of meticulous vineyard work is on gentle tillage, strict pruning and yield control, and little to no use of organic fertilizer. The aim is to produce clear, fine, mineral and crunchy Burgundy or Chablis wines.
The clayey limestone soils characterize the taste of this Chablis: Fine citrus aromas on the nose, then mineral, complex and lively on the palate. Steely with a clear, robust yet always harmonious structure.
