Domaine Perrault-Jadaud was founded in 2008 by oenologist Anne-Cécile Jadaud and viticulturist Tanguy Perrault. From this little vineyard, the pair has expanded to work on roughly eight hectares of organically cultivated grapes distributed across 15 small parcels near their house and winery in Chançay, in the northeastern region of Vouvray.
The 2017 Cuvée "Les Grives Soules" features a delicate nose of white flowers, baked apple tarte Tatin, and plenty of freshness and minerality to temper the sweetness. Demi sec style has a residual sugar content of 23 g/L.
