ABOUT THE MAKER:
Laurent Harbrad, a 5th generation winemaker, took over the Estate from his parents in 1998, and today oversees 15 hectares spread across Crozes-Hermitage, Saint Joseph and Hermitage. Certified Organic since 2011, Laurent Habrard has been working towards reducing the vineyard's environmental impact, often referring to organic conversion as a way of apologising to Mother Nature. The harvest is done exclusively by hand and Laurent picks grapes in small boxes to avoid oxidation.
ABOUT THE WINE:
The scent of this 100% Syrah wine is deep and rich, with residues of black fruits, green peppers, and violets. The palate is delicate, ethereal, and persistent, with flavours of raspberry relish, blood orange, and charred wood on the end.
