Domaine Huguenot - Bourgogne Cote d'Or Chardonnay 2019

Domaine Huguenot Père & Fils is a family-run domaine in the village of Marsannay-la-Côte, in the north of the Côte de Nuits, near Dijon. Managed today by Philippe Huguenot, who represents the 10th generation of wine growers, the vineyards extends over terroirs in the Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin appellations. The estate has been conducting its production in sustainable agriculture for many years

The white "Bourgogne Côte d'Or" produced in Marsannay has a delicate golden gold tint. The nose evokes notes of lemon, almond, acacia flowers and hawthorn.  On the palate, there is a well-coated fruity component that becomes more salty and zesty on the finish, with undertones of liquorice and brioche.
