Tellurian Fiano 2021

Family-owned and organically certified, growing and crafting wines in the heart of Heathcote in Central Victoria. The Tellurian vineyards roll down the slopes from the Mount Camel ranges , thriving in warm days and cool nights. Founded by Ian Hopkins in 2002, Tellurian are driven to make benchmark wines that showcase the unique site above the vein of red Cambrian soil that has evolved over 550 million years. 

Pale Straw in colour. Fresh aromas of cut green grass, green apple and citrus. Flavours of green apple, grassy, lemon and lime citrus followed by fresh acidity, light bodied with slightly waxy texture and honey-like characters through the back palate.
