Since the end of the last century the “Podere Casanova”, distinguishing itself for the care of the maintenance of the land and of the quality of the produces made. Such tradition is now preserved by the expert hands Ezio Bucciarelli and by his son, Massimo continuing the family heritage philosophy.
This Chianti Riserva is allowed 24 months maturation in mix small/medium size barrels. The nose reveals intense notes of Morello cherries and wild bush berries followed by tertiary notes of tobacco leaves, cloves and black pepper. The palate is a velvet touch, with well-integrated tannins and a ying & yang play between freshness and sapidity leading to long elegant finish. Indulge yourself!
