ABOUT THE MAKER:
Couple Giuseppe and Raffaella are the young, natural-wine producers behind Bugno Martino Wine Farm, a vineyard and winery extending over 9 hectares in the small village of San Benedetto Po in Mantua. The high-quality artisan Lambrusco producer practices organic and natural farming and wine production methods, use native yeasts in their fermenting and add as minimal sulphites as possible to obtain full-bodied and dry, with dark berry fruit character, and a particularly delicate and fine sparkle Lambrusco.
ABOUT THE WINE:
A dry Lambrusco, with a very long charmat fermentation for thin and very persistent bubbles. Lambrusco from organic and biodynamic agriculture, 100% salamino, 10 months fermentation with indigenous yeasts for an explosion of fruit flavours.
Ruby red colour with a light violet hue. On the nose, floral notes open to a fruity mix of raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries. A vibrant wine with a fulfilling body, complemented by a crisp and mineral finish.
