In 1980 the Fasoli family started with organic viticulture and since 1984 all vineyards are organic, which were officially certified in 1990. Valpolicella is one of the most important wines produced in the area by blending the three indigenous varietals Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella.
Vibrant ruby red. Aromas of red fruit jam and fresh red fruits with hints of spices and pepper. The tannins and acidity enriches the wine with a final touch of softness. On the palate, the wine is dry, smooth and balanced.
