The story behind Viña Ijalba is about innovation, research, differentiation and respect for the environment. A pioneer in organic wine since its origin, this producer has contributed to the recovery of indigenous Rioja minority varieties, seeking a differentiation based on its unique and modern wines.
Ijalba Crianza is fermented in stainless steel at a regulated average temperature of 28C. Twelve months of development in American oak. The wine is stored in bottle for a minimum of 6 months prior being released. Intense ruby crimson colour, notes of stewed fruit, roasted almonds, and vanilla. Full-bodied, with a smooth texture and a lengthy finish.
