On the outskirts of Mautern lies the Ried Alte Point, a warm location on the valley floor. Wine was already cultivated here in Roman times. Under the superficial weathering rock lies Danube gravel. Weightless and playful, only 11.5% alcohol and yet concentrated with plenty of varietals rich flavours characteristics.
