Tenuta Stella Collio DOC Friulano 2020

Tenuta Stella is story of a passion. Passion for a land and its wines, for a spectacular landscape set at one of the highest points of the Collio. Every operation in the vineyard is manual, from pruning to harvesting, where native grape varietals provide the truest expression of the terroir. The cellar is a function of the vineyard, where quality is preserved and respected by selecting only the best grapes. Indigenous yeasts minimise the use of sulfites and long aging on the lees to guarantee a long shelf life.

Friulano 2020 - The colour is straw yellow with gold trim. The bouquet is rich and fragrant, with notes of violet petals, grapefruit and rosehip. The wine gradually gives way to well-balanced Friulano almond flavour hints that are well-paired with the mineral flavours that the terroir has bestowed. On the palate, freshness, length, and intensity are emphasised. It is insanely delicious and has some nice mineral undertones. It's a Friulano with excellent structure and individuality.
