"Respectful, subtle - moving" is the motto of Hannes and Petra Harkamp. In Sausal in southern Styria the two cultivate 20 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic guidelines Demeter certified. Hannes Harkamp is particularly talented in producing elegant Sekts, using the traditional method of bottle fermentation as well as vibrant white wines of origin. Here, too, biodynamic viticulture plays a decisive role. 

"The funky-fresh sparkling rebellion - Pet Nat Orange! Our Pet is a little offbeat. It macerated 2 days on the skins before it was bottled, to develop its natural bubbles. In the nose you find fresh meadow herbs and quince. On the palate it impresses with smooth tannins, hints of camomile and mint.
