Cascina Clarabella is a cooperative that not only produces excellent organic sparkling wine. It is one of the successful examples of Social project. 60 Neurodivergent patients have the opportunity to work and live here, professionally cared for, largely integrated into a normal everyday life.
The 'ÈSSENZA' from the single layer 'Cascina' does not require any dosage. Like "Saten" is a Blanc de Blancs only from Chardonnay grapes. The name says it all and can really be seen as the essence of the sparkling wine region franciacorta. Puristic, it comes along, incredibly fine and elegant, in the nose yeast, fresh fruit and a hint of lemon, high minerality.
