Pioneer of biodynamics in the region (certified in 1989), Falfas estate is one of the sure values of the Côtes de Bourg appellation. Véronique Cochran meticulously produces energy-packed wines and perfectly defines the mineral dimension that Bordeaux wines take in biodynamic culture.
Le Chevalier was firstly Introduced in 1990. Ages up to18 months in barriques. The wine is made from the oldest Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Immediate and bold ripe fruit with subtly overlaid new oak, softness, good length and texture.
