The location of these old vineyards is called “Finca Los Halcones”. Here old Bobal vines are a beacon for talent, innovation and connection between their terroir and the consumer. These old vines produce wines of unique transcendence, incomparably rich in flavour, symbolism and heritage. Each vine is a whimsical work of art, wishing to convey that time does matter when something unique is desired. Slowly over almost eighty years these vines have been adapting to climate change, without altering it's quality. Ageing in French oak and another longer period of bottle ageing, makes a harmonious wine, with personality and hallmark signature.
