Non-alcoholic Sparkling wine made from from Riesling grapes. A fresh, sparkling Riesling, which IS harvested by hand and then gently pressed through whole grape pressing. Maturing takes place in a stainless steel tank, then the wine is de-alcoholised and bubbled.
