Domaine Perrault-Jadaud was founded in 2008 by oenologist Anne-Cécile Jadaud and viticulturist Tanguy Perrault. From this little vineyard, the pair has expanded to work on roughly eight hectares of organically cultivated grapes distributed across 15 small parcels near their house and winery in Chançay, in the northeastern region of Vouvray.
Cuvée "Les Grives Soules" 2018 is a bone-dry Chenin with exquisite green-apple and floral flavours, as well as traces of crushed shells and smokey minerality. This has a medium structure and a lot of minerality and freshness to it.
