ABOUT THE MAKER:
Clos Bellane is located on top of the Vinsobres plateau, overlooking the Mont Ventoux, and extends over 48 hectares. The fabulous terroir is rich in active limestone and gives structural freshness and complex minerality to each o their hand-crafted wines.
TO THE WINE:
An opulent Southern Rhône enveloped in the elegance of the Northern Rhône.
The nose combines cherry and blackberry flavours with hints of soot and coffee. With aeration, savoury notes emerge. The palate is rich and powerful, yet beautifully balanced, with fine tannins that are small but dense and precise.
