A family-run winery in Spain's smallest Appellation (D.O. Alella: 8 producers, 240 Ha) The Pujol-Busquets family has been producing certified organic wines and cava since 1991.

Great aromatic complexity which combines fruit flavours ( banana, mango, papaya, peach) and white flower with subtle Allier oak notes of the aging in barrel. Fresh entry. Fruity, fatty, unctuous and well-balanced acidity on the palate. The notes of the ageing are expressed in the after-taste.
