One of the greatest Alsace Terroir. The Rosacker is located in the north of Hunawihr, at an altitude of 260 to 330 meters. Exposed East-South-East, its soil is heavy, marly-limestone and rich in magnesium. This Riesling Rosacker 2015 has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden hues. The nose is complex and dominated by minerality and aromas of candied citrus fruits. On the palate, the attack is frank and gradually reveals a full, deep and beautifully salty wine with aromas of lemony notes. The acidity is rather silky, a sign of a solar vintage. A Riesling with a beautiful persistence. This wine will seduce Riesling Lovers for many years.
