MontRubí - Penedès Black Garnacha 2020

MontRubí is a boutique winery in Penedès, Barcelona, Spain. Producing wines using only indigenous grapes and focusing on quality still wines. 

Black is a vibrant and young representation of the Spanish Garnacha variety. Despite the high temperatures in Spain, the wines preserve their characteristic freshness and delicate tannins. The deep purple colour foreshadows the wonderful fruit that to follow. The exuberant nose is bursting with wild cherry and plum flavours, as well as a flowery hint of violets. The wine is luxuriously smooth on the tongue, yet with a fresh definition that leaves you wanting more. The lingering blackberry aftertaste follows you from sip to sip.
