The GAISBERG vineyard is an Erste Lage "first-class location", equivalent of Grand Cru in the Austrian wine designation.
Gaisber soil deep, lime-rich loess deposits make the Grüner Veltliner look more floral and fruity. Inviting nose of jasmine, dried apricots, ripe mango and light tobacco. Distinct fruit sweetness, wonderfully creamy and a mineral smokiness that gently sustains the wine.
