Domaine de Fontavin's wines are crafted with discipline and sensibility by three women: Agathe, Hélène, and Pauline. The goal is to meddle as little as possible during the wine's life in order to preserve the terroir: no indigenous yeast or fining.
Aromatic garrigue herbs on the nose (rosemary, thyme). The taste is vibrant and peppery, with notes of black fruits and spices. Tannins that have been well blended provide a surprising suppleness to the mouthfeel.
