ABOUT THE MAKER:
Located in the north of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the Domaine's uniqueness is created by three distinct terroirs over very old vine foundations. The Appellation's famous rolled pebbles over clayey and sandy soils confer complexity and elegance to the wines. The biodynamically-run vineyard is enhanced by careful grape sorting and very meticulous vinification. This philosophy is spread across all vineyards and is a testament to the Estate's commitment and respect for the vine.
TO THE WINE:
Plenty of fresh red and dark berries on the nose, garrigue, leather and minerals. The palate offers a lush creamy structure leading to a long silky finish.
