ABOUT THE MAKER:
Located in the north of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the Domaine's uniqueness is created by three distinct terroirs over very old vine foundations. The Appellation's famous rolled pebbles over clayey and sandy soils confer complexity and elegance to the wines. The biodynamically-run vineyard is enhanced by careful grape sorting and very meticulous vinification. This philosophy is spread across all vineyards and is a testament to the Estate's commitment and respect for the vine.
TO THE WINE:
The nose offers an ethereal bouquet of raspberry, dried herbs, liquorice and leather. The palate reveals a great freshness while conserving a solid structure. Nice long finish dominated by fresh red fruits and herbs.
