The wine is straw yellow-lemon in colour, with greenish undertones and a steely edge. An aromatic profile of flowers and ripe fruit, banana, pear, melon, freshly cut grass and ginger. In yet another twist, scents of pollen and sugar cane emerge in the background, providing an exquisite complexity. It makes a clean and powerful entry into the mouth. It has good intensity, strength, and volume, yet it's all flawlessly braided with a strong and balanced citrus acidity that identifies its provenance. It's straightforward and elegant, with a somewhat warmer backdrop and a citrus finish.
