Cellar Bellaserra - Ben Plantat Rose 2020

Cellar Bellaserra is the tale of four young friends from various sections of the wine business who have restored the tradition of the old winery in Can Planes farmhouse (1314), where wine has been made for many years, to develop wines that show the genuine essence of Catalonia. All four collaborate to create these one-of-a-kind wines from the greatest Catalan vineyards. Looking for the finest maturity and taste, and vinified with the highest attention to preserve the essence of the fruit in facilities where history, calm, and serenity are vital parts of wine maturation before travelling out into the world to reveal their best features.

Reddish hue with onion peel undertones. The nose is fruity and harmonious, with delicate and subtle notes of currant and wild woodland strawberries.  It has a gentle and structured entrance, with a noticeable acidity.  Long and persistent aftertaste where its delicacy and elegance make it the ideal combination to mix with various culinary items such as rice, white meats, sausages, pasta, and snacks.
