Castagna - Ingenue' Viognier 2018

The Castagna's mission, is to make wine which is the expression of the place where it is grown, stylistically making classic old-world wine with new-world fruit.The vineyard is fully certified both organic and biodynamic and they are one of only four Australian producers invited to be a member of La Renaissance des Appellations an organic association founded by biodynamic pioneer Nicolas Joly which invite exclusively organic producers with outstanding quality and commitment.

Ingenue Viognier reveals, ripe white peach notes that are interwoven with sea spray minerals, and scents of sweet pea in the air. Mandarin flavoured acidity winds its way through the palate picking up elements of fennel, musk and lotus along the way.
